[amsat-florida] Student balloon launch from KSC

We're expecting to launch a balloon from the KSC AMF at 0900E. ASCII (8, N, 1) GPS data will be sent at 1200 bps on 144.990 MHz. FM-Video will be on s- band, probably 2413 or 2332 MHz. I'll try to send some updates via twitter in the morning.
