[amsat-florida] Packet on 145.800

Hi All:

I haven't been listening to the ISS downlink frequency much lately, but wonder if anyone has managed to identify the packet that has been appearing there? Now that the ISS is back on voice, I am listening there a bit more, and am still hearing it here in Melbourne.
