It appears that Space-Track jumped the gun in naming FalconSat-3 Object Number 30776 in their Kep listing earlier in the week. This mornings their keps for that launch have reverted back to Object Letters, A to G. So your guess is as good as any as to who's who up there. But some of the object orbits are pretty far out as to be any of the payloads. Maybe rocket stages?
My limited monitoring of the FalconSat 435.100 down link frequency, when it's in mutual view of Colorado and Florida, has not produced any results.
Might just have to wait till it gets finished with it primary science mission and becomes a ham radio satellite before you will hear it. And who knows when that will be. ;-)
