[eagle] Journal update

Gents: I need your input NOW. I have to write an article this week for submission.. Please tell me what you have done, what you are doing, and what you are going to do. I can speak from memory to U-rx., S2-Rx, and CAN-Do!. In need inputs from IHU, Power, structure, and lab.
