Hi Stephen,
Part of the upgrade was to install an Extension to the core MediaWiki software that does not allow you to save an orphan pages. Whenever you edit a page this extension checks to make sure that there is at least one [[Category:something]] reference. The NOTICE is pretty much the instruction - simply add in the category as shown in the NOTICE and substitute the appropriate Eagle category for "something". You can then save it.
I have discovered one problem with the "Category Required" Extension. If you are editing a section (the edit link to the right of a section header) it still checks for a category. I think this is punitive, so I have contacted the "category required" extension author. The work around is to either edit an entire page or duplicate the category reference in the main article.

Emily,
Going slightly nuts am I?
Every time I edit an existing page (attempting to correct missing file links, etc.) I get a:
"NOTICE: There must be at least one [[Category:something]] link." And no save! Now..... how should I correctly recover from this?
BTW- Good work on all the changes/new features!
