It's a good point though, in using a mailing list NEVER include someone's individual email address. Why? First, as we saw here, it looks like the email came from just one person (Bill) and second, when I reply to that email, the reply only goes to Bill.

It is IMPERATIVE that all emails and replies go to the list for proper distribution and as important, archiving. The list server keeps an archive and we can look back and find out what went on if we need to. Too, everybody knows what is going on so if someone quits or dies, they don't take that information with them.

Notice that if you hit REPLY the address for the reply should be geoss. That also helps prevent the reply from going only to the sender, and keeps it all on list.

In our work with Fox, people put individual email addresses on list emails and it causes things to go off list because of the replies. Again, please email ONLY the list.
