The following Amateur Radio satellite has decayed from orbit and has been removed from this week's TLE distribution:

BO-102 (CAS-7B) - NORAD CAT ID 44443 - Decayed 08/06/2019 (per Space-Track).

The following Amateur Radio satellites have been added to this week's TLE distribution:

NepaliSat-1 - NORAD CAT ID 44329 (per Space-Track). Raavana-1 - NORAD CAT ID 44330 (per Space-Track). Uguisu - NORAD CAT ID 44331 (per Space-Track).

The following Amateur Radio satellites per the request of the Naval Academy Amateur Radio Club have been designated by AMSAT as follows:

BRICsat2 - NORAD CAT ID 44355 is now NO-103 (per AMSAT). PSAT 2 - NORAD CAT ID 44354 is now NO-104 (per AMSAT).
