[keps] OUFTI-1 is Back (At least for a while)

OUFTI-1 (NORAD CAT ID 41458)is back!

At least one amateur satellite operator has heard OUFTI-1. So it is back in the AMSAT KEPs this week. Anyone else heard OUFTI-1???

Sometimes it seems that the best way to "revive" a satellite is to remove it from the KEPs! HI HI HI
