NuSat-1/LUSEX has now been designated LO-87. Therefore, NUSat-1/LUSEX (NORAD CAT ID 41557) will now be listed in the KEPs as LO-87.
On September 26, 2016 at 0342 GMT, Indian ISRO PSLV-C35 launched the AlSat-1N and Pratham satellites carrying amateur radio payloads (along with eight other objects). See AMSAT News Service Bulletin ANS-255 (9-11-2016) for info on Pratham. Also see following URLs for more info.

The following "cloud" of ten satellites has been added to this week's KEP distribution. Note that it will take a while to sort out who is who. The Indian Pratham Team believes that NORAD Cat ID 41785 is the Pratham satellite, so we will call object 41785, satellite Pratham, for now.
