The North Korean KWANGMYONGSONG4, NORAD ID # 41332, (also known as DPRK Brilliant Star) has achieved a stable orbit, but has so far remained silent. The launch of ChubuSat-2 and ChubuSat-3 is postponed due to weather issues. No new launch date has been set.
