Per detailed doppler measurements Nico Janssen, PA0DLO reports:
TianYi 2 (TY 2) is object 43155 (downlink 435.350 MHz)and TianYi 6 (TY 6) is either object 43157 or 43158. It is still not possible to identify TY 6 (downlink 436.100 MHz, as the separation between 43157 and 43158 is still less than 1 second.
The student satellite HuaiAn 1 (HA 1) now has the post-launch name Zhou Enlai. It is not possible to identify it, because it does not transmit any signals. This appears to be another example of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) student satellite.
Also on the 1/12/2018 PSLV-C40 launch, that also carried AO 92 and PICSAT, there were six other satellites that should have a downlink on amateur frequencies. But they all appear to be DOA satellites. The only other satellite that does have a 70 cm downlink (unexpected) is (probably) INS 1C, object 43116. INS 1C downlink is 435.085 MHz with 1200 bps FSK AX.25 telemetry.
Thanks Nico!
NOTE: In this week's TLE distribution object 43157 is named 2018-008C and object 43158 is named 2018-008D. These are temporary names and when TianYi 6 is identified, one TLE will go away and the winner will be named TianYi 6. (There are currently multiple objects named object C and object D in Space-Track at this time???)
