APRS Satellites QIKCOM-1 Deployed

QIKCOM-1 was deployed from the ISS Friday (10-27-17)at 0915 UTC attached to the SIMPL spacecraft. It is an APRS digipeater just like the ISS. Please read AMSAT News Service Bulletin 302.01 article on QIKCOM-1 at the email address below before attempting connection:

Nico Janssen, PA0DLO, has determined that QIKCOM-1 is NORAD CAT ID 42983. QIKCOM-1 (42983) has been added to this weeks AMSAT TLE Distribution.
