In consultation with Eric, I created a new subtree in the golf SVN tree (at the same level as Golf-TEE and Golf-1) called LTM.  Below that is "generic" and then a folder for specific partners, currently MESat from the University of Maine.

At the moment, the generic section holds the generic ICD, and the Maine folder holds the ICD with a not-yet-filled-in MESat-specific appendix.
