Thanks, Burns.  I have scrolled back a good bit, and VGA V at 0 matches well with SAFE mode, with transponder enabled.  Might prove to be a helpful correlation :)

You can also look through the table in FoxTelem (but not in live mode) to see if VGA and safe mode correlate.
