LUSAT-OSCAR-19

            Uplinks            145.84 - 145.86 - 145.88 - 145.9

            Downlinks       437.125 – 437.1

There is no mention that the second downlink was used for packet or telemetry.

The article does mention OSCAR-19 had a modified CW beacon for telemetry but does not indicate that was the second downlink.

OSCR-16 carried an experimental beacon on 2401.2.
