My "bid" would be that I could make the pi-pacsat software work with the board. That would give me familiarity with the AX5043 and force me to prototype the missing components of the stack to work with the hardware radio. Right now I am relying on DireWolf as the TNC. The prototype should then help us with the implementation on the actual RT-IHU later, given it is all written in (fairly) portable C.
