FYI, I have used proto- advantage before (long ago) for my FOX IHU simulator board.  Note that they will actually order and solder on the part if you wish.  Personally, I'm not sure I would try to solder on a DFN package like the MRAM with an iron (which is all I have).  Just for example, this is a sample order with a large sized MRAM:
