Would either one or both of you be willing to go through a short walkthrough of getting started with the Launchpad? Would tomorrow (Wednesday) at 5 pm central time work? It would be myself, Luca, and potentially one other student.

Other members of the PACSAT team are certainly welcome to attend if they'd like.
