The GIT issue may be a permissions problem. I had a problem like this when I started and Jonathan did something to fix things.
When I try to push I get prompted for username and password which I enter. Then I am declined.
Maybe compare permissions on PacSatDocs to this new repository.

How did you get it in the first place? If you pulled it down from github then it should just push right back up there? It's been a long time since I tried to set it up new. I'll try to get some time to look tomorrow if just pushing it does not work.
OH, that is why Bill wanted a new repository. It would have been so much easier just to pull Jim's version down and make a branch for yours on the same repository.
