[pacsat-dev] Messages from Test Device and Errors for a test code load.

Test Device shows some error but it may be the results are fine since it says succeeded.

The error info may be related to a config issue in HalCoGen or the ID number Burns was telling us about. May also be the JTAG is not correct yet.
