The connector placed on the PCB is Samtec FTSH-105-01-L-DV-K Its a .050” pitch 2X5 connector.

This part number is on the schematic CPU page top left.

I purchased a ribbon cable from Mouser and raced it today. This cable will work with the PCB connector.

The connector on the TI programming board and likely the lower cost programming board have a different arrangement. My solution is to purchase ribbon cables for both types and cut and splice them together properly.
