[pacsat] PACSAT Ground station Version 0.54a

This post is of general interest and is going to the broader Pacsat list. I am making Version 0.45a of the Pacsat ground station available for testing. You can download it from my website here: https://www.g0kla.com/pacsat/index.php

This version allows spacecraft to be added and removed. In particular it allows a test spacecraft called Pacsat to be added. This can be used to test the code we are developing for the TMS570 launchpad and the Booster Pack that Jim has developed.

I will post some instructions for testing in another post.
