[pacsat] Launchpads

Kari (my wife) tells me 10 Launchpads arrived yesterday. Hooray!

I’ve also ordered some AX5043 PCBs and a couple solder stencils.

Along with the previously received AX5043 chips that should be getting us well on our way to development environments.
