I took an action at the last meeting to document basic BBS operations.  I put some thoughts in the attached document.  This is in Open Office format.  For those without Open Office I attached a pdf.

I will happily put this in git if someone points me to the git repository.

All thoughts / comments welcome.  This is mostly a brain dump of how things work "today" with some thoughts about the future.
