I started writing the pacsat conops document ( high level description of the scope of the project ), but since I had two surgeries this past week I am moving kind of slow.

I would suggest that other ideas that might be appropriate for the conops ( VARA, BPSK, ???? ) be included.  Please volunteer to help.  I will share my rough draft that is 50% complete.
