Saw this report on www.ariss.net from WA4AEJ "20070904213645 : WA4AEJ]APRS,RS0ISS-4*,qAO,WA4AEJ-5::ALL :145.825 Simplex" The time stamp is for Sep 4 at 2136 UTC.

The first beacon was reported at 2110 UTC by IGATE station JH4XSY in Japan. We'll have to watch and see how long it stays active.
