[sarex] ISS Crossband repeater active

Cross band repeater is active, last two passes over VK (0750hrs utc) 145.99 MHZ uplink and 437.800MHz downlink.

I didn't seem to need the 67Hz tone to open the repeater though.

I used 5-15watt into a quarter wave vert on the car, and RX was a VX5 with the factory antenna.

only heard myself on the downlink, :) i could ** only just ** hear some other stations on the uplink freq.
