Probably you can not see the PD160 button in your MMSSTV software when there is no activity, but if you have a new MMSSTV version it will show up as soon as you receive an high resolution image wich is transmitted in the PD160 mode (from ISS).

In my MMSSTV directory I found the file EMMSSTV.TXT. Therein are all modes described, which are supported by MMSSTV. PD160 is also included :-)
