[sarex] Average time between applying for ARISS and getting a contact date

Hi all,

I'm trying to get a rough idea of how long it takes to get a contact with the ISS. We have been told 400+ days, but considering the current list and assuming there are no unforseen delays, it would really help to know if we are looking at two, four, six years...
