Same here during the 13.20 UTC pass.Very strong carrier 59 +20db and it was 59 even after LOS.

Sadly, same again, approximately 30 seconds of silent carrier at 3 minute intervals.

Latest Keps would appear to be wrong, a signal being received nearly 1 minute after predicted LOS on this and previous pass.
