ISS Packet 13.44utc UK Pass
Accessible again this pass (1200bps) but something up there has changed.
Very quiet today (few stations) and very difficult to get through in comparison to recent days.

When the Russian VHF communications system is active (usually in range of Russia), that can desense the amateur radio a bit making it harder to be heard.

Hi,
The ISS Digi seemed very deaf on it's last pass over ZL, so I don't think the problem is desense from other VHF equipment.

To know if it is active, listen on 143.625 MHz (perhaps other frequencies as well). You can hear the traffic (in Russian)
