Hi all:
If STS-127 goes up on June 13, and with 13 astronauts up on th ISS, I suppose there has to be a great chance to have someone on the air on Field Day, if all goes well.
Greetings,
Angel Santana- WP3GW
Shuttle missions typically take significantly more amounts of the crew's time to complete all the tasks in the short period (especially with several EVAs). It is less likely we will hear from anyone while the shuttle is still docked with the ISS. Still, this is the first time to have so many on the ISS at once so we might get lucky.

Hello All
I have an old info, that the CubeSat PARADIGM (http://paradigm.ae.utexas.edu/) with a 70cm beacon also goes up with STS-127. Can anybody confirm this ?

Yes, the two satellites that compose DRAGONSAT (UT and Texas A&M) are together in the payload bay. See a photo at http://www.w5acm.net/b25.html . We flew components of BEVO-1 (the UT satellite) on a balloon flight last year.

I'm confused... What are they going to DO with the two satellites in the cargo bay? It certainly appears like they're bolted in there for good. Are they going to set them free, one or both, or just do a very expensive vacuum test?
