Nick,
SatPC32 works with the Labjack U12 and the U3 (I have both controllers). Please, read the "Hints[Rotor] for .... Labjack_U3" which can be opened from the SatPC32 menu "?".
It is important to reduce the maximum control voltages for az and el at the control box to 3.3 V (normally 5 - 6 V) because the U3 handles only voltages up to 3.6 V.
I don't know what you mean with "daughter board". I suppose you mean the necessary buffer interface (piggy back) which is necessary to protect the U3. I use a homebuildt interface.
