A short exchange of name, QTH (Grid Square &/or state), then a QSL to acknowledge. Kind of like JT65 except faster than growing grass.
I use UISS software. That program has macros (like many other programs) that can be set up with all the info, then sent with the push of a button. It can be done if you're paying attention and catch the breaks between beacons.
