... those 3 satellites are definitely not operational anymore.

For NEE-01 Pegasus, the status says "Reported possible collision with space junk" and for the other two, the status says "On orbit." The operational satellites have a status of "operational," but, yes, it's probably confusing to list them under the heading of "operational satellites." Perhaps a new part should be added to the Weekly Satellite Report for satellites with an unknown status.
It would be nice if the organizations responsible for the satellites themselves were to update the worldwide amateur satellite community. No one has said a word about TURKSAT-3USAT since days after it's launch.

Well, he was using our own AMSAT "operational analog amateur satellites" publication.
And sonofagun, in today's release, there they are:

Why are these the first three listed in our official "operational analog amateur sats" reference guide?
