[amsat-bb] Suggestions for non-penetrating roof tower?

I'm looking for something similar to, but more economical than, a GlenMartin RT-1832 tower & non-penetrating base. It doesn't have to be quite that tall, but I'm looking for at least 11ft so their 9ft model won't do.

Suggestions?
