Not actually doing 9600 baud packet myself, but the data connectors on the back use pin 1 for 1200/9600 data in, pin 2 is ground, pin 3 PTT, pin 4 9600 data out, pin 5 1200 data out, and pin 6 SQL status (LOW when open, 8V when closed).
