That’s good to hear that they will be producing it in multiple formats. If this was say posted to GitHub where we could inspect the source openly then we could help. I don’t know how these TLEs are produced that led to this problem where we could help.

It remains to be seen how the amateur community adapts to this change once the Space Force starts using object numbers that don't fit in the aging TLE format. Hams hate to retire old software... we have the web site configured to allow HTTP access for ancient tracking clients that can't do encrypted HTTPS, and we still get about a dozen downloads a week of the "amsat.pdb" to support PocketSat on PalmOS.
