[amsat-bb] Pic of STRaND-1 smartphone CubeSat on PSLV-C20 Launcher

ISRO have released a picture of STRaND-1 and other CubeSats mounted on the PSLV-C20 rocket. A launch on Feb 25 is currently expected.
