I could receive the signals of these Chinese satellites on 27 Sep 2015. The signals of TW-1A or 1C in the left figure are a very powerful every 10 seconds. The signal of TW-1B in the right figure is a very delicate and I confirmed that are sending every 20 seconds. Because those protocol are CSP (not AX.25), we will not be able to decode them in the usual way. I used 2015-051A in NORAD as TLE.
