Red,
Thanks for the kind words! It has been fun to be one of many W7O operators, on the HF bands and satellites. Lots of hams have been talking about our satellites, and the oldest one still in operation after 40 years. A good thing!
I am now starting to get logs from the W7O operators. I still need to get logs from about half of the operators, but I have already received logs with 2360 QSOs for all bands, modes, and satellites. Looking only at Logbook of the World, W7O has confirmations for 721 of those 2360 QSOs, with stations in 26 DXCC countries on 5 continents. QSL requests have been filling my mailbox since the middle of last week. Seeing the QSO count, a large order for QSL cards will be coming soon... :-)
73!

Just wanted to say THANKS to Patrick, WD9EWK, for organizing the W7O special call sign event. It took a lot of work to plan and manage the past week of operations and his work is not finished yet - he has QSLing to do :). I had fun operating as W7O and I'm certain awareness of that special bird (AO-7) and our AMSAT organization was furthered. Thanks again, Patrick!
