As you wanted to poke at the group, please don't be condescending, none of us have forgotten anything just pointed out the issues we experienced and many with paid copies still experience.
Its great that you have used HRD to gain VUCC, when I first got started I used HRD with the FM satellites but found that when I started using it with my full automated station there were problems mostly related to doppler correction and being able to adjust the offsets on the fly as previously stated.. These aren't urban legends.
In fact, I'm happy to grab the latest trial copy and try it with my station and see if it's been fixed.
Yes the situation with Rick did annoy a lot, I voiced my concerns publically with Mike via Twitter, while it will always linger in the back of my mind after all it was a heck of a fiasco, I do hope HRD & Team fix the issues surrounding
All software has issues SatPC32 isn't perfect, we'd all like things to be spot on, but when the same issues pop up on newsgroups, facebook groups and twitter there shows an underline problem.

With that said, my view is that the issue primarily applies to the use of linear sats. I believe the program tracks the LEOS and the doppler correction makes the program useful. Whether or not it is spot on, is over my paygrade. I just know that I got my VUCC using HRD about 95% of the time and on LEO sats. As I have said before, run the HRD sat program side by side. The glaring diff I have seen is in altitude, not el or az. But, again above my no-code paygrade.
So, bottom line with this Group...be patient. Most of them have forgotten your post of a couple of days ago outlining your commitment to resolve the software issues. I believe in your commitment. Some will complain if they were hung with a new rope...
So, hang in there and keep asking specifics from the Group. I'm confident you can get it handled.
