[AMSAT-BB] Address for Objection to proposed bylaws changes?

The letterhead of the letter giving the proposed bylaws gives an address of a mailbox store which I think was used by Brennan when he was secretary: 712 H Street NE, Ste 1653 Washington DC 20002. Since no other address is stated, I am assuming this is the address for objections and an officer will actually collect them there.

Is this still a valid address of AMSAT?

The address on AMSAT's last Form 990 is 10605 Concord St, Ste 304, Kensington, MD 20895.

To what address should the objections be addressed?
