[amsat-bb] FUNcube <==> SatPC32

I have had success with the FUNcube - SatPC32 project. I finally have a combination of stuff that works for me. Here is a collection of notes on what works in my shack. Like most things there are lots of different ways of doing this. I make no claim that this is the best. Who knows it might be the worst.
