[amsat-bb] Hitsat poor cw modulation?

Hitsat heard at 17:58:20 utc doppler high on 437.2820, (using object c keps) but the cw signal is degraded compared to six days ago, Now it is much more of a "Rasp" than the "tone" it was. I have sent a file containing both examples to the command team.
