[amsat-bb] QRV EM47, Sep. 3 & 5 - For 2 Passes ONLY!

All,

I will be traveling through EM47 on Sep 3rd and again on the 5th. I will stop briefly on both days to provide an opportunity for as many as possible to put this rare grid in their logbook. I will only be able to be active on one pass per day.

Planned operations will be via SO-50:
