Had that happen a few times. No idea what causes it though. I just reboot computer and radio. Everything comes good.

Pertinent information:
Windows 10 IC-9700 Firmware 1.05 Icom Driver Version 1.30 Baud Rate: 19200 (Tried dropping it to 9600) The AFC is turned off. Tried rebooting the software. Tried rebooting the computer, etc.
Any clues?
