[amsat-bb] DO-64 OFF?

Hi all,

Today morning 27/8/2008 @08.00Z, I tried DO-64 (orbit #1793) but nothing heard through the transponder. ( I am not talking about the Beacon, I did not try to listen it.)

Is it the transponder OFF?
