OK call it something different than experimental but I still think it's a really good operating idea. I remember on AO-51 often times when they turned on the second FM channel, they encourage QRP or low-power operation.

Sounds interesting!? How about (for the day) we add our transmitter power to the exchange, for example "FN03 100mW".?
