[amsat-bb] AO-51 reported silent

Hi All,

We are seeing the reports that AO-51 is down (as of about 1345 utc 18 April 2011). Thank you for the notification.

Hopefully it's just another battery trip event. I'll do my best to get it going during the 2100 utc pass today.
